We are expanding. I need more help to recruit trainees to participate in our real estate investing education. That is where you come in. I am seeking out strong business development/recruiters who are strong in direct sales like myself to help us expand our team in Arizona and nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- This role is 100% direct outside sales
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Establish sales goals and metrics
- Participate in weekly meetings and training
- Responsible for prospecting and obtaining leads
- Setting appointments to fill seats with qualified leads at our events for prospective students
- Closing and aligning set internal sales appointments for enrollment of individuals
- Follow our training
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years direct sales high ticket item experience with a proven track record
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
We have an incredibly generous compensation plan based on the direct sales Life Insurance Industry.
Earn $1000 to $10,000 per qualified sale.
Get paid twice a week.
